How do I get started?
Contact me either by email, phone or social to set up a free consultation. The consultation includes reviewing your health and fitness goals and basic paperwork. We can then have our first session right after or schedule it for the following day.
What does a session look like?
Average sessions include 4 parts. Warm up, strength training, cardio, stretching and recovery. Based on fitness goals The parts may vary.
Do you offer any other services?
I am working on always broadening my knowledge and pushing to try new things. If there is a specific service that is not offered taht pertains my specialties just contact me and we will discuss the details!
Can I have my kids with me?
It is whatever you as the client want! My 7 month old will be in a carrier on my back and your littles can do the same. They can exercise with us or we can train during their nap time.
Do I need my own equipment?
You do not need your own equipment. I will bring weights and bands. If you have your own we can definitely use that!
How much do you Charge?
Every service has multiple variabilities that are personalized for the client and thus the price will differ per person. I travel for free up to 10 miles in the Easley radius. Any travel there after is the $0.63 per mile.
What are your hours?
Sessions can be scheduled as early as 8 am with the last one starting at 4pm. I am almost always able to be reached during waking hours for any questions that may arrise.
